Philippine wrestlers train in South Korea as recipient of Incheon's Vision 2014

The Philippine Wrestling Team (PWT) is a proud recipient of the Vision 2014 Program of Incheon, Korea, and will train for one month starting October 26 up to November 27, 2012. The Vision 2014 is courtesy of the goodwill of the Korean City leading to its hosting of the 2014 Asian Games.

Seven Filipino wrestlers are currently training in the city's Munhak Stadium and billeted at the Royal Hotel - all for free. The team is led by two-time Sea Games gold medallist Jason Balabal (Ifugao), Michael Baletin (Philippine Army), Joseph Angana (Zamboanga City), Rosegyn Malabja (Baguio City), Kristine Jambora (Makati City), Joshua Gayuchan (Ifugao), and Alvin Lobreguito (Quezon City).

Local Coach Roy Camposano and former Olympic and Asian Champion Han Myung-Woo, the PWT's foreign coach, will both supervise their training in Incheon.

The Wrestling Association of the Philippine (WAP) conveys its sincerest appreciation to the City of Incheon, to Philippine Olympic Committee President Jose Cojuangco Jr., and Coach Han Myung-Woo of Korea.
